For contingent placements: we don't bill at offer-accept or start-date. We bill on Day 90 of the hire's tenure. If they leave before Day 90, we replace at $0. Between Day 90 and Day 180, we replace at 50% credit. Makes us as accountable for retention as you are.
Yes. Existing Versatile EOR clients get recruitment as an add-on under the same MSA (no separate vendor relationship). Tier pricing applies. The hire flows directly from recruitment → EOR onboarding → first paycheck inside the same vendor.
